I believe that good Design Should Also mean helping People

Hey, I’m Kate. 👋🏻 I am a graphic designer and art director with 10+ years of experience. I added ‘Twin Mom’ (AKA master multi-tasker) to my resume two years ago. I am driven by design that can be a tool for shifting focus to positive life decisions. I hope you stay a while and reach out if you’re interested in working together. Thank you for visiting my corner of the internet!

Hey, it’s me!

My Design Perspective

My career path has led me through both advertising agencies and in-house marketing companies. I am led by my ethos that design should do something for good. I know it is hard for this statement not to sound trendy. But, my soul and personality are truly not motivated by chasing the sexiest projects or prestigious awards. And please don’t misconstrued it for not caring — I will innately chuck my ego out the door and get to work on a personal level whether that’s one-on-one with a client or within a design team.

That looks like asking a client what they need, translating their intentions, and getting to the nitty-gritty about what needs to happen, not what is going to look best in a design portfolio. Yes, I see the total irony in that you are on my portfolio site.😉 If you intrigued or if this hits home for you — please reach out. I’d love to connect.
